This learning package was developed as a way to facilitate Exercise Physiology student preparation for placement in the mental health sector.  The learning outcomes and learning activities contained within the package were developed following a needs analysis informed by focus groups. The learning package focuses on those things that students need to have in place to enter into a placement and be safe and effective, albeit at a novice level; we are not aiming to prepare experts in mental health.

Acknowledgement of funding source
