After the completion of this learning package, we expect students will have:

  1. a foundational level of knowledge that allows them to operate safely and effectively in a mental health setting

  2. a level of confidence that allows them to operate safely and effectively in a mental health setting

  3. an understanding of their own and the attitudes of others to mental health

  4. an understanding of the role of the exercise physiologist as part of a multidisciplinary team in mental health settings

The learning package includes four modules, which should be completed in order.  The first module is designed for face-to-face delivery and the remaining three modules are online.
