Below you will find two case studies. Each case will be presented to you by exercise physiologists who currently work in a mental health setting.

As you work through each individual, you will learn about their journey through the mental health system. You will be exposed to some of the specialist knowledge required to operate in a mental health setting, such as psychopathology, medications and the Mental Health Act. You will also hear how exercise physiologists work with their clients, and develop insight into what your day to day role may look like.
